The flatness of the substrate, the movement joints, the right mortar coverage under every tile — you’ll never see any of it, but it’s the reason our floors don’t crack, lip, or drum hollow underfoot. What “done right” means under your feet
We check deflection and flatness before quoting, level or patch where needed, use uncoupling or crack-isolation membranes where the structure calls for them, and set with full mortar coverage — then grout with quality stain-resistant grout and honest, even joints. Every transition to carpet, wood or LVP gets a clean, flush detail.
